That's why 'Top Sales Performers' go to Iceland

Leading IT support provider Comms-care recently rewarded five top performing members of their sales team with an incentive trip to Reykjavik, Iceland to acknowledge their fantastic sales performance and contribution to the company throughout 2010.

Named the ‘Elite Club’ the sales incentive scheme was set up with the purpose of giving additional encouragement to the sales team towards achieving at least 125% of their yearly GP target.  Those that did qualify for this year’s trip were treated to a Glacier Hike, Quad Biking, Geyser Experience and a relaxing soak in the world famous Blue Lagoon – a natural hot spring.

Emerging off the back of a very successful year for Comms-care where the channel support firm have welcomed on board a host of new partners, the amount of people qualifying for this sales incentive trip increased from last year’s trip to Finland proving the effectiveness of the Elite Club and the fresh impetus it placed on the whole sales team.

Ben Davies, Sales Director at Comms-care said: “The Elite Club has proved to be a real catalyst in terms of inspiring the sales team to exceed their individual targets. We have built up a sales team of very dedicated and motivated individuals who are very determined to succeed and it’s great to be able to reward them with an incredible trip such as this.”

The high achievers were accompanied by both Comms-care Directors and Senior Managers on this trip of a lifetime.  Along with experiencing many outdoor activities the group managed to sample a vast array of local delicacies that included Puffin Breast, Icelandic Char and many other local produce.

Davies then goes on to say “Everyone had a great time and it was fantastic to celebrate everyone’s success together and thank them all personally. I hope to welcome more people on next year’s event as the stories of the trip being branded around back in the office have inspired others to be part of it next year.”
