Comms-care strike Gold for second year running

Leading channel network & server support organisation Comms-care recently announced their success in maintaining Cisco Gold Partner status after a thorough and detailed Cisco audit.

Comms-care has worked tirelessly over recent years to obtain premier vendor accreditations with the likes of Cisco and Microsoft, confirming their status as the Channel’s leading multi-vendor support organisation.

The audit summary report highlighted how well Cisco had felt Comms-care had prepared for the Gold Partner audit.  They commented how Comms-care had showed ‘exceptional professionalism and great attention to detail’ through every stage of the audit.  It also went on to praise the level of Management System Documentation produced by Comms-care stating it ‘was of the highest standard and beautifully presented.  A potential Customer could not fail to be impressed.’

Darren Briscoe, Technical Director at Comms-care explains ‘We take all our accreditations very seriously and go to extraordinary lengths to ensure all vendor criteria and expectations are met and in the majority of cases exceeded.  In terms of the Cisco Gold Partner audit we were quietly confident in our preparation and interpretation of the audit requirements but as with all our audits we never took anything for granted.’
A procedure which the auditor also picked up on was Comms-care’s Induction Process, described as ‘Rarely do we see a new hire Induction Process of such detail.  A genuine value add procedure.’ Darren then goes on to say ‘To receive such as glowing report from a major vendor such as Cisco is testimony to everyone at Comms-care who was involved with the audit.  We were told that our Project and Problem Management Processes represented an excellent interpretation of Prince 2 and ITIL guidelines.  These were areas Comms-care identified to focus on developing a few years ago and we now see ourselves successfully delivering on a day to day occurrence.’
