Comms-care’s marketing campaign attracts finalist position

Comms-care, the strategic support partner to the IT channel community, has today announced it has been shortlisted in two prestigious marketing award ceremonies for 2013.

The finalist announcements are for 3 categories across 2 awards, the B2B Marketing Awards and the Digital Impact Awards, for their prospect campaign launched earlier this year.

“The PITS” campaign has been shortlisted for “Best digital communication as part of an integrated campaign” in the Digital Impact Awards and for “Best limited-budget campaign” and “Most commercially successful campaign” in the B2B Marketing Awards.

The PITS campaign used personalised digital and direct mail marketing solutions to gain an insight into prospect satisfaction of their current channel support partner and what areas of support they look for. Answers were submitted via an online insight tool, created by digital marketing agency, Purestone, and were collated and printed into a booklet sent via direct mail to the prospect, detailing the areas they had highlighted as issues and the services Comms-care can offer to offset these problems.

These leads were followed up by Comms-care’s internal sales department, creating a successful prospect to customer conversion and a successful marketing campaign.
The Digital Impact Awards and B2B Marketing Awards will be held in October and November.

Richard Eglon, Marketing Director at Comms-care, said on the shortlists, “To be recognised on a national stage amongst some huge household names within the technology sector is testament to a very talented, dedicated and professional marketing team.  Everyone within the team is always looking at creative ways to engage with our target audience and through the partnerships we have formed with our marketing agencies it just shows that a successful collaboration between client and agency can have some rewarding outcomes.”
