Comms-care awarded top Cisco Accolade
Comms-care, leading IT Channel Support partner, has recently been praised by Cisco on once again achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence through their Partner Program.
It is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Partner Programme and now means that Comms-care can be identified by customers, Cisco personnel and partners in the Cisco Partner Locator as having achieved outstanding Customer Satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.
The distinction is based on customer satisfaction results captured via the Cisco Partner Online tool in the form of surveys from customers; partners are only awarded Customer Satisfaction Excellence status if they receive enough qualified surveys and meet the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Target for their region.
As Cisco views their partners as direct extensions of themselves, having their partners achieve the distinction is as important to Cisco as it is to partners and their customers.

The recent distinction from Cisco assisted Comms-care with achieving the successful re-certification for 3 of their ISO certifications, ISO9001, 20000 & 27000. These certifications recognise Comms-care’s conformity to processes & procedures concerning quality management, IT service management & information security management.
