Brand new for Comms-care

Comms-care, leader in the provision of channel IT support services recently announced the introduction of a new brand identity to be rolled out across the business.

Since their creation in 2002 ‘Channel only’ Comms-care have rapidly become recognised as the number one choice for resellers in providing IT support services. With business originating in the hardware maintenance and installation sector Comms-care have now developed this business to provide many more support services to include Unified Communications, IP telephony, Security, Wireless and Professional services to cater for the needs of their channel partners.

Richard Eglon, Marketing Manager at Comms-care explains “The growth and change Comms-care has experienced over the last 6 years have been extraordinary. Comms-care have organically evolved along the way by demonstrating their flexible, ‘can do’ attitude to the ever changing needs of their channel partners. The new brand identity has been designed to capture that change and make a positive statement of intent to continue the high levels of support to both our Customers and the channel as a whole.”

Comms-care plan to implement many additional features to their existing services portfolio over the next 12 to 18 months with a lot of emphasis put on Service Delivery. New processes and personnel will be put in place to ensure that Comms-care continue to find the most optimum methods of Service Delivery for all their channel partners.
