ISO 20000 - IT Service Management
Comms-care is proud to have achieved ISO 20000 status and to have adopted ITIL principles into its operations. ISO 20000 is particularly significant to
Comms-care’s channel partners as it incorporates an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of IT services.
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management
Comms-care promotes sustainability and has achieved ISO 14001 which is used as a framework to continually improve its environmental management system whilst complying with applicable legislation to meet its environmental and economic goals.
Success of the environmental management system is very dependent on commitment from all levels within the organisation which is why Comms-care
sets good practices for all departments, to ensure everyone plays an active part
in the continued success of the organisation’s environmental approach.
Comms-care has transitioned to the 2015 version of the standard.
ISO 9001 - Quality Management
Attaining ISO 9001 status means Comms-care has consistently shown a high level of service and quality management. ISO 9001 ensures the smooth transition and ongoing service provision of new and existing business and services, enabling our partners to engage with us on the basis of a recognised industry-wide and independently assessed standard.
ISO 22301 - Business Continuity
Comms-care has held ISO 22301 since 2014 and is amongst the relatively few IT service companies to have achieved this certification. This standard provides a clear framework for coping during major incidents and ensures that a recovery plan is always in place to support continued service delivery to partners and clients. It ensures processes are in place for the management of business continuity in relation to both the delivery of operational services and supporting
systems should an incident occur.
ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally. To ensure that we provide the best service proposition to all of our channel partners, members of our service delivery team are ITIL qualified with the majority being V3 certified - the highest available qualification.
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely acknowledged and used in the Private Sector, both in the UK and internationally. A number of individuals on our pre-sales team are accredited PRINCE2 Practitioners, enabling Comms-care to deliver a trusted and effective approach to project management.
