ISO and Accreditations

We’re committed to ensuring we deliver a high standard of service to our partners and their end-user customers, and compliance with internationally recognised standards helps demonstrate our expertise.

We’re constantly improving on and increasing our list of certifications, and hold five certifications across the major ISO standards.

All of our ISO certifications are provided by a UKAS accredited certification body and are subject to rigorous and frequent external audit.

Quality Certifications

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

The ISO 9001 standard provides guidance to ensure we consistently meet and exceed our customer requirements. It’s based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus to ensure the smooth transition and ongoing service provision of new and existing business and services.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management

The ISO 14001 standard provides a framework for Comms-care to continually improve its environmental management system.

ISO 20000 – IT Service Management

The ISO 20000 standard provides a set of standardised requirements for an IT service management system. This certification is particularly significant to our partners as it incorporates an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of IT services.

ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)

ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally. To ensure that we provide the best service proposition to all of our channel partners, members of our service delivery team are ITIL qualified with the majority being V3 certified; the highest available qualification.

SafeContractor Approved
The SafeContractor scheme has more than 300 clients, with almost a third in the FTSE100 and over 27,000 members. Comms-care has been given recognition for its excellent standards in health and safety management, giving partners that extra confidence that the service they receive will be only the highest.

Avetta Assessed Certification
View our Avetta certification in accordance with Avetta Assessed Safe Schemes in Procurement approval agreement and we conform to health, safety, environmental and other standards of professionalism, accountability and responsibility.

PRINCE2 Practitioner

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely acknowledged and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. A number of individuals on our pre-sales team are accredited PRINCE2 Practitioners, enabling Comms-care to deliver a trusted and effective approach to project management.

ISO 27001 – Information Security Management

The ISO 27001-led controls are implemented and managed across Comms-care’s entire business, lifecycle of services and where required, into customer environments. The ISO 27001 standard covers the management of privacy, confidentiality and IT security issues.

ISO 22301 – Business Continuity

The ISO 22301 standard provides a framework to protect companies from risks which can occur during major incidents or disruptions. It ensures that effective processes and a recovery plan are in place should such eventualities occur.
