Founded in 2002, Comms-care was formed to provide a dedicated network & server support service to the channel. Comms-care rapidly expanded and by the end of 2002 had developed key partnerships that would cement its position as a trusted and established support organisation.

The following years have consisted of growing the business operationally by the appointment of key people within the organisation, supporting its ever growing customer base and the acquisition of Platform Consultancy Services in 2014.

Today, we have increased our physical and geographical footprint by investing in a highly experienced team of support specialists across all areas of the business. The acquisition of Platform has enabled us to further strengthen our market position but more importantly ensure the services we provide are aligned with the needs of our channel partners and their end user customers. With a vast network of support engineers and over 200 employees, Comms-care is considered by many as the number one leading provider of outsourced IT services for the channel community in the UK and Ireland.

2016 saw Comms-care supporting the channel for 14 years. The following video shows how Comms-care, the channel and the technology have changed between 2002 & 2016.
