Steve joined Ingram Micro in 2020, bringing with him an extensive background in the technology sector and decades of experience driving growth across the IT channel. As Director of Services, he leads Comms-care’s end to end services and solutions business helping channel partners build profitable, future-ready businesses.
Throughout his career, Steve has built a reputation for creating high-performing channel ecosystems and strategic alliances that deliver exceptional commercial results. Having progressed through account management, sales and channel leadership roles, he has developed and expanded multimillion-pound product and services businesses, forged long-lasting partnerships with leading vendors, distributors and value-added resellers, and consistently delivered significant revenue and market share growth.
Steve has extensive experience launching new channel programmes, revitalising underperforming partnerships and building successful go-to-market strategies that create sustainable revenue streams. His expertise spans channel development, strategic OEM partnerships, enterprise software, storage, service delivery and infrastructure solutions, underpinned by a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and exceed ambitious commercial objectives. Combining deep technical knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills, Steve is passionate about helping partners unlock new opportunities and achieve long-term success.
Matt has a strong technical background and joined Comms-care in March 2005 holding a number of technical leadership roles. In September 2021 Matt moved to his current role as Head of Business Transformation, where he is responsible for Comms-care’s ongoing business change and digital transformation portfolio, working alongside the SLT and colleagues at Ingram Micro to build new processes, systems and solutions.
