Comms-care enters the ring for charity event

Comms-care leader in the provision of channel network and IT support services are competing in a charity fight night on May 28th to raise money for their chosen charity The Railway Children. The event is hosted by leading channel publication CRN at The Brewery, London.

To successfully be entered into the competition each individual had to attend a demanding gym assessment to test fitness and durability. Fortunately, it was confirmed that Comms-care’s contender was victorious in making it through to the shortlist of fighters who would be competing on May 28th.

The lucky contender is Mark Forster, Operations Manager at Comms-care. Mark will be up against Phil Bell of Westcoast. Known as ‘The Enforcer’ for the competition, Mark is in full training for the event and is looking forward to raising funds for his chosen charity, The Railway Children.

The Railway Children makes contact with runaway and abandoned children as they arrive at railway stations, when they are most at risk from adult exploitation. By joining with other street children projects, it provides the children with protection and support through counseling, education, healthcare, shelter and friendship.
