As resellers look to make their operations leaner in order to remain competitive in a very challenging and turbulent climate, there has been a dramatic increase in demand from the reseller community to outsource a large proportion of their IT service capability to reliable IT support service providers.
Until recently, it was the resellers’ ability to provide IT services that was providing them with a differentiator over their competitors.
