‘World class’ methodology lands Comms-care Cisco Gold Partner status for 10th successive year

Comms-care, the leading provider of outsourced IT services for the channel community and now an Ingram Micro company, has been awarded Cisco Gold Partner status for the 10th successive year. An assessment by a third party audit company stated that the procedures in place at Comms-care were among the best in the industry and that its systems and methodologies were ‘world class’.

The independent audit covered all aspects of the services Comms-care provides to support Cisco systems, including project management, HR processes, solution selling, ServiceDesk, problem management and security; special emphasis was made of a first class approach to continual service improvement.

Cisco Gold Partner status demonstrates organisations’ ability to provide excellent service delivery, deliver continuous service and process improvement and bring value to customers wishing to work with Cisco products or services. Comms-care was accredited as Cisco Gold Partner with no areas for improvement.

The auditor identified the elements below as Comms-care’s key strengths:
