KCOM and Comms-care extend multi-million pound Cisco support partnership
Comms-care today announced that it has been contracted for a further five years by enterprise cloud and IT services provider KCOM to deliver Cisco support and professional services to its entire UK customer base.
The contract extension follows an initial three year deal and was actioned due to the high level of service the KCOM team has received from Comms-care to date.
KCOM particularly noted the following as key factors in its decision to extend its partnership with Comms-care: quality and flexibility of service delivery, consistent achievement of SLAs, extensive reporting capabilities, root cause analysis and a positive attitude towards continual improvement in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels.
This new agreement means Cisco Gold Partner Comms-care will continue to manage all of KCOM’s Cisco support and professional services requirements through a collaborative services model in partnership with Cisco. The services agreement provides field-based support, spares management and professional services across multiple Cisco technologies spanning 6,000 end-user sites totalling around 100,000 Cisco products. KCOM’s end-user customers operate across multiple industries including public sector, financial services, retail, utilities and manufacturing.
