Hat trick of appointments at Comms-care top tableComms-care, leading Channel only IT support partner has recently announced the appointment of 3 new Directors to the company’s Board in response to their strategic push into new services.

The 3 appointments include Rob Darby – Sales Director, Richard Eglon – Marketing Director, and Mark Forster – Operations Director.  All 3 roles have been made from within the business illustrating the commitment and loyalty Comms-care are willing to make for those who excel in their roles.  The company is embarking on a journey that will see its portfolio of services expand dramatically in response to partner demand and identifying new revenue streams.

I am particularly pleased that all of these new Board appointments have been made from within our Business and from talent that has been home grown. Rob Darby joined Comms-care in 2003 as an Account Manager, following an extremely successful sales career; he was appointed Sales Manager in 2009. In the last three years he has grown the Sales Team from 8 to 24 executives and demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities.

Originally, Richard Eglon was a Marketing Consultant for Comms-care and later joined the Company full-time in 2007. Since that time he has helped position the Business as the recognised number one channel only provider of Network and Server support solutions. He has strategic responsibility for building and promoting the Comms-care brand across new and existing markets.

Mark Forster leads the office based Service Management team, which has seen rapid growth through the last 3 years. As with the other appointments Mark was also an early recruit into the Business joining as a Service Desk Analyst in 2005. Since that time he has held a number of key roles in the Company, becoming Operations Manager in 2008, and now Operations Director in 2012.
