Comms-care goes ‘fourth’ with Cisco
Comms-care leader in the provision of channel network and IT support services are pleased to announce they have retained their Cisco Gold Partner status for the fourth year running. Due to their outstanding performance throughout the year, the customary onsite audit to qualify for Cisco Gold status was officially waived by the networking giant.
Usually, the annual Cisco audit reviews Comms-care’s progress and performance as a Gold Partner over the last year but due to their outstanding performance as a Cisco Gold Partner over the past 12 months the audit wasn’t considered necessary. Over the last year Comms-care has expanded their Cisco expertise through rigorous engineer training and the continued development of their Cisco services. In addition, Comms-care has also worked towards, and achieved, ISO 27000; a certification that shares many fundamentals that sit within the Cisco Gold Partner framework.
Mark Forster, Head of Operations at Comms-care said: “Cisco set a high-level of standards when it comes to their Gold Partner recommendations, to ensure the marque retains its significance and gravitas within the industry. Based on this, to achieve a renewal for the fourth year running without the need to do an onsite audit highlights Cisco’s confidence in our ability to excel across our Cisco competencies. This by no means lets us off the hook; we have some big projects in the pipeline that will enable us to build our Cisco expertise across their technologies even further.”
