Comms-care maintains its high standards
Comms-care is delighted to announce that it has been recommended for continued certification by LRQA (Lloyds Register Quality Assurance) across a range of its ISO Standards.
The recommendations covering its ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Security), ISO 20000 (Service) & ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) Standards come after a 3-day visit by LRQA where many areas of the business were closely reviewed to ensure operations continued to reach the requirements outlined in the ISO Standards.
The Comms-care Compliance Team was particularly pleased with the positive feedback from LRQA about the continued integration of our management systems with day to day operations and the degree of top management commitment and continual improvement we were able to demonstrate.
Carol Sparkes, Compliance Manager at Comms-care, commented, “Following our three-yearly re-certification earlier in the year for ISOs 9001, 20000 and 27001, it’s a great testament to the Comms-care team to see that we not only remain compliant with these important ISO requirements but that we also continue to improve our management system to most effectively support our customer base. We also continue to have great confidence in our ISO 223001 Business Continuity arrangements given that no non-conformities were raised by LRQA during the audit”Comms-care is additionally certified to ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and continues to maintain an active industry watch for additional value-added certifications which may usefully support and enhance its business. LRQA undertake ISO Certification audits of Comms-care every six months.
