Mark Forster - Operations Manager

Graduating from Staffordshire University with an Honours Degree in Business and Information Technology Mark went on to work at a global telecommunications company in various Management roles before opting to join
Comms-care in July 2005. With many years experience in an ITIL environment and a Managers certificate in IT Service Management Mark is dedicated to ensuring that the dynamic service offered by Comms-care is operationally efficient and sustainable.

To date Mark is responsible for all Operational elements at Comms-care reporting directly into the board.
