Ewan Conlon - Service Delivery Manager

Ewan joined Comms-care in 2007 having worked as a senior manager for a Systems Integrator for a number of years. With fifteen years experience within Service Delivery for Integrators and Co-locators supporting a variety of vertical markets within on, near and off shore operations he has built up significant knowledge around service and operational delivery, service design, implementation, quality and commercial management.

As a senior member of the management team Ewan’s role as Service Delivery Manager covers all touch points from the sales cycle, transition, transformation , steady-state or service realisation and ongoing service improvement initiatives enabling the successful drivers for consistent and sustained customer satisfaction.

Ewan’s qualifications include a variety of management accreditations;
ITIL Service Management V2, ITIL V3 and Six Sigma.

To date, Ewan is responsible for the Service Delivery Managers, as well as the Managers for The Bid, pre-sales and Commercial Team.
