Ewan joined Comms-care in 2007 having worked as a senior manager for a systems integrator. He has 20 years’ experience within service delivery, working for integrators and co-locators and supporting a variety of vertical markets within on, near and off shore operations. He has built up significant knowledge around service and operational delivery, service design, implementation, quality and commercial management. As a senior member of the management team Ewan covers all touch points from the sales cycle, transition, transformation, steady-state or service realisation and ongoing service improvement initiatives. Ewan’s qualifications include a variety of management accreditations; ITIL Service Management V2, ITIL V3 and Six Sigma.
