Darren Briscoe - Technical Director

Darren joined Comms-care in January 2003 after working within the channel as a senior technical consultant for several years.  With over fifteen years experience in technical and managerial roles Darren is highly respected within his field and possesses a vast knowledge across a wide range of technologies.

As a key member of the Comms-care board, Darren’s role as Technical Director warrants responsibility for the service strategy, vendor management and product knowledge across the business.  He also promotes Comms-care’s support solutions through personal engagements at leading channel events, trade publications and video casts. 

Including his existing and previous roles Darren has built up numerous technical qualifications which include CCNP, CCDP, CSE, CISSP, CCVP and ASE-HP.  

To date Darren manages over 85 UK and Ireland based field engineers in conjunction with the operations and service delivery management teams.
