Mark joined Comms-care in July 2005 having worked in a variety of management roles at a global telecommunications company.

He has many years’ experience of working in an ITIL environment and holds a Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management.  
Mark is dedicated to ensuring that the dynamic service offered by Comms-care is operationally efficient and sustainable.  He is responsible for all operational elements at Comms-care.
